Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Turn around time can vary throughout the year. During the slower months (Dec-April) my turn around time is 1-2 weeks (total) . During the busier months (May-November) turn around can be up to 3 weeks.(total). However, you can always expedite your gallery for an additional $50 (guaranteed 1 week turn around).
Do you give out unedited or RAW images?
I do not give out RAW images. However, if you would like unedited JPEG images I'd be happy to chat about the fee associated with that.
Can you photoshop us?
It depends. While hand editing your gallery I make adjustments to lighting, perform color correction, remove blemishes/flyaways/background distractions/etc. However, I do not offer photoshop services to alter anyone's physical appearance such as slimming, wrinkles, etc. If this is something you are interested in we can absolutely discuss outsourcing.
Can I bring my pet?
ABSOLUTELY! Fur babies are members of the family and are always welcome! I love love love it when they join.
